Never Again movie poster series

Using the movie title "Never Again," I was assigned to create a movie poster series creating narratives for movies from different genres—romance, thriller, and documentary. Two of the executions were made using original illustration and photography. In "Never Again," the documentary I utilized. The photograph I took and later drew illustrations on top of the hijab to make it stand out and show the beautiful patterns these headwraps have.

For Never Again, the thriller, I used camera film I took personally and exposed it. After all the process was done in the darkroom, I ended up with my pictures' negatives and later used them to scan the star creating my poster. This movie's narrative is about a man who is a personal stalker and takes pictures before he starts to lose his mind and himself.

The third one is Never Again the documentary. This documentary is about the melting of the artic and how it affects animals to the point of extinction. In this execution, I decided to show a polar bear looking directly into the viewer's eyes to make a connection and try to get a feeling of empathy. The body and environment around him are blurred out to make his face the focal point. with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
